Terms of Service for commissioning Lantern

- I retain the copyright to all artwork that I make, and may freely share it on my socials as I wish. If I share the artwork on my socials, it will be watermarked. Only the client and myself will have access to the non-watermarked version.
- Commercial use rights are available as an add-on for all artwork, including both custom and pre-made designs. Commercial use fees are roughly 50% of the base price of a drawing. (The price displayed on my Ko-fi commissions page.) The commercial use fee only applies if you intend on using specified artwork in merch, and does not apply to the design itself. This does not apply to the use of designs made by me for vtubing.
- Any artwork I create may not be sold as an NFT, or ran through an AI database.
- Designs that I create may be edited after creation.
- Designs that I create may be resold by the client, with a cap on price being at most equal to the price that the piece was bought for.WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW, heavy gore (light gore is okay. if you're uncertain, please contact me to clarify)-------------------------------------------------
